• FRP pump station
• Connect into adjacent structure
  • Manage existing PS shutdown
  • “Hydroblast” 2.7m diameter penetration
  • Install new RCP to connect structures
• Pour benching
• Install structural & mechanical equipment
• Commission

Challenges:

• Working in a very confined site
• Excavating inside a secant pile wall
• We proposed to “Hydroblast” existing structure penetration to minimize any potential damage to structure
• Existing infrastructure had to be kept operational for as long as possible
